The taxi driver met us at the airport as arranged,and we were driven in the best of comfort right to our hotel door,important for our first trip to Rome and not knowing our way around. The return taxi run from hotel to airport had also been booked on line from home.It arrived at the hotel in good time and delivered us to the airport in excellent time to book in for our flight home. Comment: Being first time travellers to Rome we were somewhat nervous about finding our way to our apartment which was located in a small alley in the tourist district. With 6 adult travellers we were also concerned about the amount of baggage we were carrying. Our greeting at the aiport on arrival was brilliant and the vehicle had no issues managing our luggage. The city pick up for the return to the airport was right on time and was deliverd with the same professionalism as on our arrival. The service was greta value for money and i would highly recommend it to travellers to Rome

Comment: The driver was realy nice, and the only one thing I could complain on is: I expected that somebody will call me the day before of departure, or early morning on the day of departure, but instead of that I had to call the company and to confirm our back way drive (to note: we booked 2 wayd drive in advance). The driver (so sorry, I forgot his name) was very, very nice and kind (unfortunately his english is basic, but it was OK to communicate somehow).

Comment: The driver from the airport to the hotel was very courteous and talkative and provided helpful comments on the drive to the hotel as this was our first time in Rome. The next morning we had a transfer to the cruise ship in Civitavecchia and due to traffic the driver was going to be 5 minutes late but we got a courtesy call from the office informing us of the slight delay and that the driver was on the way. Ended up he was only 5 minutes late but this was very helpful and we didn't have to wonder if we were forgotten when the driver was late. I would definitely use Romepickup again. Comment: This is a great service. They are very curteous and professional. Their booking procedures are straight forward and they actually answer their phone if you call. They met us when we flew in and delivered us promptly to our hotel through Rome rush hour. We used them to pick us up to depart Rome and when we didn't know which terminal we needed, they called the home office and found out. The price is slightly less than what the max cab ride is, but well worth it when you don't know your way around. The price is set and they don't try to gouge you for more. The service of Rome.pickup was one of the high points in our travel. I highly recommend them.

They are very suitable for a couple or more people (we were 6) because they have the new comfortable Opel Vivaro. Our driver was right on time at the Fiumicino airport when we arrived and got us really quickly to the center of Rome where we had rented an apartment. Despite the very early hour on our way back (4 a.m.), the RomePickup driver was again exactly on time in front of our building, helped us with the luggage and drove us quickly to Fiumicino airport. Comment: It was great to be picked up at the airport, especially as we landed in a thunderstorm. It was so easy compared to a train and bus journey and well worth the money. Even better to be picked up and taken back to the airport at the end of a tiring few days. The drivers arrived when they were supposed to so no hassle. I was a little worried as I have been left stranded in Spain waiting for a taxi to get to the airport but this was pbviously well organised. I got worried when the driver got his map book out and made a phone call, despite having Tom Tom, but what he knew was that roads around the hotel were closed for building work and he had to find his own special route in. We had arranged to be picked up from the airport when we (6 of us) arrived in Rome & be taken to our hotel. We had also arranged to be picked up from the hotel and be driven to Civitavecchia for a cruise. Maurizio was early and waiting for us, taking our luggage and not allowing us to help. Only small problem was that we didn't see the driver when we first arrived, but connected about 1/2 hour later. There are a number of people holding signs as you exit the airport, which makes it difficult to find yours. This also could have been due to our flight being slightly delayed. Comment: We found your service on both journeys to be excellent. The only minor issue was that your driver on our return trip to FCO did not have any change, which meant I was unable to pay him a tip. The fare was 40 Euros and I only had a 50 Euro note. I did not want to tip him a full 20% of the fare (but would happily paid him 10%). I could not find anywhere to get smaller notes in the airport, and ended up drawing more cash from a bank machine, which only gave 20 Euro notes - so I could only pay the exact 40 Euro fare (with no tip). I was sorry not to be able to tip him, but thought a 20% tip was too much - sorry! I suggest drivers keep smaller notes in their cars to ensure they recieve at least a modest (10%) tip. Comment: The service was very smooth and our driver was very professional. The only comment I would add is that it was a bit unclear about where we should meet. When we disembarked from our cruise, many of the people there told us that not all the taxi's/driver pick up cars could enter the port. We weren't sure if we were to meet at the location right by the ship or else take the free port shuttle to the entrance of the port. I think if you tell your clients that your driver will come in, that would be clarify the pickup. Other than that, the pick up went smoothly for us. Thank you.

Comment: We considered several combinations of travel from Rome Ciampino to our city centre hotel. The cheapest might have been Terravision to the railway station and a taxi thereafter but that would have involved "negotiating" with a taxi driver. We finally decided on the stress free option of a return transfer and found RomePickup competitive. There is still some insecurity that the transfer will not turn up on the return journey but we got a telephone call confirming our requirements which put our minds at rest. The transfers went without a hitch and we were delighted with the fast and courteous service. We would recommend the use of this company and would certainly use them again.

Comment: We just arrived in Roma after a 24 hour flight from Sydney. We arrived in Rome at 6am on a Sunday morning and our driver was waiting for us with a sign as soon as we stepped out into the arrivals area. Our driver advised us he did not speak English, but this was fine. He still indicated that he knew our hotel address and helped us with our luggage. The vehicle was very nice and comfortable. At that time of day, the trip only took around 30 mins. We were impressed that even though our driver told us he could not speak English, he still made the effort to point out some historical sites as we went past them. For first time visitors to Rome, this was much appreciated. Our driver dropped us perfectly at the front door of our hotel, which was a small b&b near the Piazza Navona with very little signage, which would have been difficult to locate by ourselves. All in all we were extremely happy with the service provided by Rome Pickup and in fact have already recommended the service to other travellers we have spoken to. Thank you Rome Pickup!

Comment: Apart from a slight "hiccup" on arrival at Rome airport, (which was as much to do with our lack of knowledge of the airport), the service both in transport to our hotel and our return to the airport was excellent. We will definitely use your services again on our next trip to Rome
